I’m an artist living in Oakland California. I earned my BA from UC Davis, and became a graphic designer for an architectural firm in Redwood City, before attending the Academy of Art for an MA in Visual Development. Like most aspiring visual development artists, I would of course love to work in animation, or on mobile games. But, more than that, I want to illustrate my own children’s books. I work mostly digitally. I learned many things during my undergraduate years at UC Davis. In the years since, I’ve taken online art classes through Schoolism, Oatley Academy, and CGMA. I’m increasingly eager to improve. The more I learn, the more I want to learn. I crave an environment where I can rub shoulders with people who share a common interest and who want to explore and refine their art in the same way that I do.
