MFA - 3D Animation
Yusaku Kimura
I’m a 3D character animator who graduated in Spring 2025. I’m currently working at Icarus Development as a 3D animator, creating animations for a mobile game. Previously, I worked at Studio X, where I contributed to a 3D short film production pipeline.
Through these experiences, I’ve discovered my passion for collaboration and learning from others. In my current project, I work closely with the rigging team to improve production flow. To better support the team, I’ve been learning rigging myself, allowing me to give more precise feedback during mesh checks and enhance communication across departments.
I’m always eager to learn new techniques and explore different aspects of 3D animation. My goal is to continue growing as an artist while contributing to a team that shares a strong passion.
