Cherese Schoombee

I’m originally from South Africa and spent part of my childhood living in Israel. I later returned to South Africa, where I studied Fine Arts and began my creative career. I worked as an architectural draftsperson and designed metal badges, gaining experience in both technical and artistic fields.

I later moved to the United States with my husband, and we now live in North County San Diego with our two kids. I currently work as a graphic designer for a small tech company, where I combine creativity with problem-solving.

Animation has been a lifelong passion, and one I’m very happy to have had the opportunity to study. I’m especially interested in character animation and bringing performances to life, with an interest in both feature animation and video games.
