Cheyenne Lewis

Cheyenne ‘Angel’ Lewis is graduate of the Academy of Art University with a Master of Art Degree in Visual Development. Along with her high studies of character and prop design, Cheyenne is a known publisher for a non-profit organization called “Power in the Pen” whose mission is pushing out new diverse authors’ works into the world. Born and raised from New York City, Cheyenne started out with her passion for art thanks to her love for graphic novels and animation from creators such as Kazuki Takahashi, Ralph McQuarrie, and Tim Burton.

For over 10 years with the organization since getting her bachelor’s degree at Bowie State University, Cheyenne has published over twenty-five books with the use of KDP (Kindle Direct Publishing) along with art programs such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Clip Studio Paint. She has illustrated novels to children’s books along with her own series works called “Mama Relly” written by her mother and founder of Power in the Pen, Cathie Wright-Lewis.
