Sizhe “Arie” Guo

Hi! My name is Arie. I’m a visual development artist, character designer and illustrator.

Drawing has always been my passion. I have kept practicing art not only as my hobby but also as my life goal. After I graduated with a BFA in Visual Communication Design at Tongji University, I decided to pursue my MFA in Visual Development at Academy of Art University.

I like creating characters in various styles and building the artistic world for them. I’m good at using colors to express the mood of stories. I had an internship experience as a Clean-up artist for 2d animation and currently working as a freelance artist to take illustration and character design commissions.

Besides drawing, I like watching films, and animations and collecting the ‘Art of’ book.
