Noemi Ochoa

My name is Noemi Ochoa. I am a 2D Animator specializing in sarcastic offbeat humor rich with color and influenced by late 90’s animation. With a BFA focusing on 2D animation, my animations and artwork range from cartoon-like to semi-realistic. I am a part of a work-study program that helps students with disabilities via accessibility resources that provide support to students, resources, as well as outreach to create an inclusive environment for all artists.
